This one leaves from Cape Liberty in Bayonne, New Jersey, with no flights to book. Independence of the Seas has the FlowRider surf simulator, glow-in-the-dark laser tag and Playmakers Sports Bar & Arcade. The ship stays overnight at the Royal Naval Dockyard, so you get two days in Bermuda for the pink sand at Horseshoe Bay, the Clocktower Mall in the old Dockyard and a quick ferry over to Hamilton or St. George's.

Adventure of the Seas sails out of Port Canaveral with The Perfect Storm waterslides, a rock climbing wall and ice shows on board. You'll spend a full day at Perfect Day at CocoCay, Royal Caribbean's private island in the Bahamas, between Thrill Waterpark, the Oasis Lagoon pool and the beach. Then it's on to Cozumel for snorkeling off Punta Sur, the Mayan ruins at San Gervasio or shrimp tacos in town.
