Like Curaçao, Aruba sits outside the hurricane belt and offers consistently beautiful late October weather. American Airlines flies nonstop from Philadelphia, making it one of the more accessible Caribbean destinations from the region. The excursion package here leans into the adventure side: an off-road UTV tour and a snorkeling trip are built in, with the ocean at your doorstep for the rest of the week.
